Welcome, once again, to New Hope, Pennsylvania and Lambertville, New Jersey. This month marks the first month we are using an email subscription service to send out this monthly newsletter! Yipppeee! Hooooraaayyy! We've gone BIG TIME! This service will manage all the parts of the email that I don't do very well - like making sure new subscribers get added and removing those who want to opt out.

VIRUS
ALERT
I don't know about you but I have been receiving a lot of "bogus"
emails lately. I did some checking into virus problems and found that
I do not have a virus but someone on my email list probably does. The
KLEZ virus attacks your email list and sends out strange looking infected
emails from your computer. The bizarre part of this is that the email
looks like it comes "from" someone else on your email list,
not you! This makes it pretty darned difficult to track.
Anyway, previously I used Norton Anti-virus as my virus checking software. As a result of this KLEZ virus issue, I switched to Bit Defender (they actually responded to my email questions!) Bit Defender (www.bitdefender.com) offers a free KLEZ virus check. I am not necessarily recommending one virus check over another. I DO, however, recommend that each of you makes sure that, if you do not already have a virus protection program, you get one soon!

A couple of months ago I asked for stories from you folks describing how you came to be in New Hope. I only received two stories and I have somehow "misplaced" one of them. For those two who sent me their stories, could you kindly resend. And for those who wanted to but said, "Ah no one else will submit a story," be brave and SHARE! I'll publish them next month.
